この規格は，主として自動車に使用する冷間圧造成形のフランジ付き六角ボルト（以下ボ ルトという。）について規定する。

注記１．２００℃以上の部位に使用する場合は，締結軸力の低下，材料強度の低下に留意し，材質の指定が必要 な場合は図面を発行して使用すること。

注記2. 附属書Aに，この規格本体のねじ先をA先にしたボルトを規定する。

This standard covers the hexagon flange bolts (hereinafter called "bolts") formed in cold forging, primarily used in motor vehicles.

Remark 1. When the bolts should be used in the locations whose temperature rises 200°C or higher, attention shall be paid to reduction of tightening axial force and of strength of materials and in case of needing to specify materials, their materials shall be used by issue of drawings.

Remark 2. Bolts in the text of this standard whose ends are changed to A point are specified in annex A.
